How do I list my church?
Simply create an account, click "Add Your Church" in the navigation, and fill out the listing form with your church's information. Your listing will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
What's the difference between free and premium listings?
Free listings include basic information. Premium listings ($2/month or $20/year) include verified badges, priority placement, high-res galleries, embedded videos, advanced analytics, and enhanced profile layouts.
How do I upgrade to premium?
After creating your listing, go to your dashboard, find your listing, and click "Upgrade". Choose between monthly or yearly plans and complete the secure Stripe checkout.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes! You can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard. Simply click the edit icon next to your listing to update any information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting our support team. Your listing will remain but revert to free tier at the end of your billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
How do I report an inappropriate listing?
Each listing has a "Report" button. Click it and provide details about why the listing should be reviewed. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
